I had my pre-birthday dinner at (wait for it) P. F. Chang’s. I didn’t order the Great Wall of Chocolate for dessert this time–surprise!. I was going to, but our waitress tempted me with the banana spring rolls and coconut ice cream. OMG! That was so, so good! I’m glad I tried it. She even put a lighted candle in the scoop of ice cream. Happy birthday dessert. Happy tummy. Happy me. 🙂
