I finished laying out my clothes last night. If they don’t all fit into my two suitcases (one large, one small), I’ll have to decide what to leave at home. I so dread that part. I just know I’ll end up needing something I chose to leave behind. I’ll probably have to shop for something new also. Drat. 😉

I feel your pain. LOL Since we’re flying, I have to get everything into 1 suitcase. I’m using my computer bag (slide under the seat) as my only carry-on & purse. Awkward but it works. Whatever I forget I’ll have to buy. Oh darn, new clothes. 🙂

My husband is the same way. He currently has his bugout bag with clothes in case of an emergency. I can’t decide what I might wear today or for the weekend, so I over pack or under pack and he has a suitcase of things just waiting for the apocalypse.

You’re a kindred soul, Melissa. MG was done packing his clothes for the trip in half an hour. If I didn’t love him, I could hate him for that. I haven’t even started yet because I dread having to decide what to pack. I take things out and then put them back, and then I reconsider and drag them out again. I’m hopeless.

ROTFL! Obviously you’ve never traveled with us, Paul. We’re complicated. Schnoodle Dog will be 17 in March. He has wardrobe too, plus incontinence paraphernalia, and various medications in addition to his food and treats. MG would give me the stink eye for merely suggesting that we take my writing tools and leave his precious golf clubs behind. The thought of renting used clubs would render him catatonic, and having to buy another set of clubs for him once we’re down south would render me homicidal.

I feel the same way even for a short trip. I’m horrible about what to pack. When I was on my honeymoon, I had to leave some items behind because I couldn’t fit them in my suitcase to return home. *sigh* I left the shoes behind that I wore for my wedding.
